Perfomity Media provides digital services including (but not limited to) performance marketing, consulting, strategy, audits, creatives, and retainers. Due to the nature of these services:
All payments are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
No refunds will be issued for services already delivered, partially delivered, or in progress.
Strategy calls, audits, consultations, onboarding fees, and custom work are non-cancellable and non-refundable once booked or initiated.
Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation of ongoing retainers by providing written notice at least 15 days in advance of the next billing cycle.
Any work completed up to the cancellation date will remain payable.
Perfomity Media reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates terms, misuses resources, or engages in unethical or illegal activities.
